“Not sure if this is standard for the chain or because it's a food court location, but there were quite limited options for ingredients and broth. $14.99/lb as of September 2025 puts it at par with other malatang places. It's fine if you're really craving, but there are better standalone options elsewhere.”

“Food was pretty good and for a pound, reasonable price. Food selextion feels a bit low. I didn't see a spoon though to help drink the broth. Chopsticks were lower quality than other places. I'm pretty sure I found a frog leg in my broth and didn't put it there. My food was ready but the sign did not update so I did not get it and waited about three more minutes.”
