“They serve boiling hot drinks! All of us ordered a hot Black Milk Tea, and when we got it, it was extremely hot. I can say it was too hot to drink and even too hot to hold. Now, 15 minutes later, I’ve carried this drink all the way to Union Square, and it’s still too hot to drink. It’s so inconvenient—one hand has to hold the drink carefully. We can’t take pictures or carry our stuff properly.”
