“Huge and delectable cakes at an affordable price! I placed my order online and had to modify it, so I tried calling in multiple times. Nobody picked up. However, I emailed and got a confirmation of the order modification. Later, I did eventually get a call back, but I was surprised nobody picked up the phone initially.”
