“I ordered takeout on doordash and had their Hakata Tonkotsu, which came with a rich pork broth, chashu, seasoned soft boiled egg, green onions, kikurage mushrooms, and bean sprouts. Everything tasted really good, the broth was thick and full of flavor. For me, the noodle texture was a too firm, but aside from that, everything else was great!”
