“Southern Vietnamese noods hit different. Food originates from a town called My Tho, and they serve goat noodle soup here. Eating with egg noodles is a different experience from the pho rice noodles. Timing tip: Thursday is "pho-liday" in San Antonio, so a lot of the pho places close this day. But it's the day I always crave pho the most! This place is open during pholiday hours.”
