“I ordered a bowl of C4, with chili oil added. After stirring it well, every bite was delicious. I occasionally found some pork cracklings, which, although unhealthy, I'll give it an extra point. The side dishes were too few; they weren't enough to cut the greasiness. It would be better with more side dishes, like scallions and cilantro.”
