“The twice-cooked pork was too thick; it should have been boiled in plain water first and then sliced thinly so it would curl up when stir-fried. The takeout I ordered was unappetizing because the meat was stiff and didn't look appetizing; the knife skills were lacking. Also, using chili peppers instead of green garlic was probably for cost reasons. Overall, it was just average.”
