“Happy this opened up closer to 7 train stations on roosevelt side! Buns and pastries range from $1.50 to $3 usually. They had an opening promo for select drinks for bogo 50% off. Their milk tea with coffe jelly is really closer to crystal jelly. The jelly was great. They have 4 small solo tables. No qualms. There was only one lady working when I went. Might be a small wait if busy in the mornings”
