“I’ve enjoyed dining at Teppen Ramen through the years. The cold noodle ($19.49, tax included), a seasonal offering during summer, combines mildly spicy ground pork and fresh vegetables with the noodles. The only real disappointment is that their suggested tip amounts are calculated from the taxed total.”
