“My friends and I ordered a dish to split (Uyghur Pilvar). It was my first time trying Uyghur food and it looked super delicious. There is a huge lamb shank with this yellow rice/rasin mix. I thought the lamb shank was tender but lacked flavor. The rice was really good so I enjoyed that. It was great we got all this food for a decent price.”
