“Had a great omakase experience at Sushi Saikou! The quality and presentation of each course were top-notch—fresh cuts, balanced flavors, and a smooth flow from start to finish. Everything was spot-on except for the uni, which didn’t quite hit the mark for me—slightly off in texture and flavor compared to the rest of the stellar lineup. Still, would definitely recommend for a memorable sushi night!”
