“I don't know if the merchant didn't inform the delivery rider or if the delivery person didn't know it was a cake. When I went to pick up the order, I saw the cake box was tipped over, and I immediately had a bad feeling. When I got home and opened it, sure enough, it was spilled everywhere!”
