“Serafina never disappoints with their food. I love their cacio e Pepe and it was amazing this time as well. We were able to get seated quickly and the workers were very accommodating. My only complaint would be it smelled a bit like a bathroom. This is an overall great spot when you end up near Times Square or before or after a show.”
