“Sought this place out because of its gluten-free pizza. Unfortunately, they do not prepare it separately from the regular pizza. They note on the menu "Prepared in common kitchen. Cross-contamination may occur". It would be more accurate to say "cross-contamination WILL occur", since they don't take steps to prevent it. Got the Polletto (chicken) instead which was delicious and saved the evening.”
