“I live in Rome part time. My friends and I found this place after not wanting to wait an hour to eat at nearby "italian" restaurant. The menu is authentic , has a pan italian offering as you would see in Tuscany or Lazio. They use genuine Pecorino romano, parmigiano reggiano, true 00 flour pasta (the pasta you eat and will not make you bloat!), and offer a great selection of Italian wines.”
