“The chicken was fried too small and dry, like it was overcooked. I've always bought from this store and had a good experience, but today I was so disappointed, I'm speechless.”

“The fries today were dark and thick. I ordered 3 servings and they were all soft and not crispy at all. I put them back in the pan and cooked them again. So disappointed.”
