“I live next to Max Soha. I enjoy sitting outdoor at the happy hour. The pasta dishes cost $12 each and the drinks are as low as $5. Their service could be better. I stood outside for 10 min before the waiter came. He was not friendly, and he made me feel unwelcoming.”
