“Very authentic almost the same as what I had in Vietnam. But I would say it’s might not be for everyone as it’s very authentic. The blood sausage and the sauce/paste with fermented fish have pretty strong and unique flavors. Also the portion for appetizers are smaller than I expected for a $16 dish. Maybe it’s fine since they don’t take tips”
