“I called at 8:50 AM to order a box of egg tarts, and they said they'd have them as soon as I arrived and wouldn't let me order. Then, when I arrived at the store at 9:25 AM, they told me it would take half an hour. I was very angry. I had already made a reservation, and they didn't, wasting my time, forcing me to postpone my entire schedule.”
