“They need to work on the consistency of their pho broth. We went for dinner and it was surprisingly above our expectations for a Williamsburg pho place, the broth was pretty tasty. The second time we went for lunch the spring rolls were fresh and crispy but the pho was pretty flavorless and the beef was pretty well done.”

“Clean, minimalist and simple no frill dinning experience. Self serve disposable utensils. Price was higher than typical Chinatown join as it’s located in the trendy Williamsburg. Pho was good the soup was authentic. Not the best I’ve had but not bad compared to other Asian food in the neighborhood.”
