“Pizzas here are far too salty, seemingly due to the sauce, which ruins an otherwise excellent dough and oven. Also, on the neapolitan-style pizzas with lots of toppings, the toppings aren't sufficiently pre-dried, which leaves the pizzas a sopping, doughy mess when wood-fired. Avoid if you're trying to limit your sodium intake. Great service, though, when we brought these issues up to them!”
