“The food and service were both very good. However, one action by the rather short and thin man who bought the roast meat significantly lowered the rating. After washing his hands, he pulled out his hair from his entire hand and went straight to work, picking and chopping meat. Even though he was holding a cleaver in that hand, it was cooked food, and he wasn't wearing gloves. It was disgusting.”
