“Better than expected, might be the best location in the chain. Soup was flavorful and tasty, noodles could use some improvements”

“I honestly don’t understand the hype or the long lines. While the appetizers were good and the chicken was fine, the ramen itself was underwhelming. The meat was served a bit cold. Service was also quite slow throughout the meal. There are definitely better ramen options in New York.”
