“Discovered the Patacones which was a breadless chicken sandwich and it was so tasty. The tostones buns was ingenious and a nice touch. The chicken fried rice and it was flavorful; you could definitely see the fusion influence. They also knew how to make a good Shirley Temple that came with a little umbrella that now sits in my box of mementos.”
