“The food is always a 10/10, and I think that's why we always come back, but halfway through our trip we realized they didn't include sauces, utensils, or napkins. It's almost a given that when you order takeout, these things get packed. And on the way, we obviously couldn't enjoy our meal. They should at least have those things readily available for customers.”
