“I had the zebra shio here and the noodles were cooked perfectly firm. The soup was very flavorful and hot but it was on the saltier side. I would opt for a different soup to try it.”

“Solid ramen in Hell's Kitchen, not my personal favorite, but still hits the spot. The EAK shoyu had a creamy pork bone broth with a pat of butter in it (not rly necessary after eating). The pork itself was pretty lean and the noodles were on the thinner side. The karage was hot, fresh, juicy and thick!”
