“The previous orders were great, but recently the coconut latte, grapefruit Americano, and orange C Americano series have all become extremely sweet and unpalatable. It's probably because there's too much fruit juice and too little coffee; the proportions have changed. I hope you can improve this, otherwise I'm hesitant to order from you again.”
