“Had a great time catching up with friends over dinner at Coletta. We had a moment of panic when we saw steak and caviar on the menu at a vegan restaurant but the waiter assured us that everything was vegan! Everything from the salad app. to the olive oil cake delicious from start to finish but I would say that if you dont normally have vegan food, or food with fiber, you might feel some bloating 😅”
