“The beef at Chao Niu Hot Pot definitely tastes different from the beef at other hot pot restaurants. It wasn't crowded at lunchtime, and the dishes were all à la carte. Paired with claypot rice, side dishes, and noodles, you could have a satisfying meal. The dining experience was also very relaxed; there was no rushing or stuffing, just a sense of slowing down and enjoying the meal.”
