“It's an amazing spot. You feel like you are in the middle of world trade, with ships, tankers, and tugs going back and forth in the busy waterway. The food is excellent, the waitstaff friendly and efficient. Only a couple of negatives: It's noisy. Be prepared to shout if you want to have a conversation. And they don't allow dogs in the outside dining area. (WHY NOT? It's legal in NYC.)”
